DETERMINATION
The first question is who
is the audience. Where do they get the low down
from. What appeals to them. and can it be stated
in such a way as to be remembered?
Undeniably, the basic assumption
that any initiative recognizes the criteria
of W5: who, what, when, where and why must be
given it's due respect.

globally now that we all live in a wired world.
